To register for the 2nd International Conference on ORGANIZING URBAN RESILIENCE, please complete on-line REGISTRATION FORM and pay the registration fee for the attendance.
Registering early will save you money, and also help us to organize things better!
The deadline for early registration is August 26, 2019 and the early student registration deadline is September 20, 2019.

REGISTRATION FEES IN EUR

Regular registration fee includes an attendance at Organizing Urban Resilience conference, presentation of one paper/poster, post-conference proceedings, conference package, conference dinner on Thursday October 3, refreshments during breaks, lunch on Thursday and use of conference facilities.
Reduced registration fee covers the same as Regular fee and is applicable for all authors.
Student fee covers the same as Regular or Reduced registration fees except Conference Dinner. Student fee is meant also for PhD students.
Accompanying person fee / Conference dinner is an optional fee. Attendance at the scientific program and sessions is not covered for accompanying person.
For each paper, at least one author has to be registered (reduced or student registration fee). Papers without registered author will not be included in post-conference proceedings.

Once you have completed the online REGISTRATION FORM (will be open ASAP), you will receive the confirmation by email:
- In case of card payment, the scanned invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be attached to the confirmation email. The original one can be sent upon the request (otherwise it will be given during the registration on site).
- In case of bank transfer the scanned advance invoice corresponding to your payment (pdf document) will be sent to you upon the request. The invoice will be issued upon the receipt of the payment and sent attached the confirming email. Please indicate your name as payment description/identification.
Please make sure that the bank transfer is net of all bank charges and commissions made. Remaining charges will be requested upon your arrival when registering.
